Our business has not changed; everyone involved with the store is a modeler, and we like to talk to our customers. We don't do a shopping basket for on-line ordering. The modeler who answers your phone call will be the person who picks the merchandise, packs your order and makes shipping arrangements. Since all model in a different scale, your call may be handed off to someone who has modeled in your scale and talks the same 'language.' All of us love to talk to you but we try to be sure that you speak to someone who can help.
